0.74 Update Post Processing Selective Outline Effects


In this update, I've added an outline post processing effect for an alternate art style as the default setting. This can be removed in the options screen by setting Post Processing Effects to "Classic" if you prefer the original style. 

Pickup actors were blocking firearm and cannon traces, causing some issues during combat. Melee combat has received a little love as well, extending the reach and effective area of most weapons. The cost of threat level reduction didn't match the quoted price from colony leaders, so that has been fixed as well. The final adjustment for this update is the difficulty options Health and Damage Multiplier, I reduced the maximum multiplier to X3.

I appreciate any input you might have on these new updates, let me know if you like the new Post Processing effect, and if the maximum multiplier seems fair.
